Classes for children age 3-5 yo
Ballet for the youngest (learning through play):
Teaching of basic ballet techniques is based on elements of acrobatics and scenic improvisation. During the class our professional teachers use hoops, toys, gym mats and also aerial silks. Classes use a revolutionary teaching method created by Anna Niedzwiedz Ballet School.
Classes for children age 6-10 yo
Ballet
Education at this stage leads to taking part in our ballet performances. Children exercise in three stages: using ballet barre, on the floor in the middle of a classroom and by doing acrobatic workout. Those skills are used as a base of all modern dance techniques and are essential for our school’s spectacles. Our curriculum is based on an original teaching method created by Anna Niedzwiedz Ballet School in Poznan Our classes are diversified by using elements of acrobatics*, stretching**, barre au sol*** and modern dance. In addition children learn choreography used in ballet performances in Cortiqué Theatre.
Acrobatics*
Acrobatic exercises are mainly used for the proper development of young bodies of our students. Classrooms, containing professional equipment, help in improving balance sense, agility and movement coordination. Simultaneous learning of ballet and acrobatics skills is a new and brilliant method of teaching that allows are student to excel in a new conjugated art form.
Stretching**:
Technique that uses elements of gymnastics, yoga, and contortion. Each student receives an individual approach to best help their needs.
Barre au sol*** extra curricular activity:
Barre au sol is a method of learning the very basics of classical dance. Exercises are performed while lying down or sitting, which lets knee joints, ankles and spine rest. This technique helps in getting used to traditional ballet warm-ups and to increase the elasticity of the whole body as well as the strength of muscles.
Classes for children age 10-14 yo
Ballet:
Classical dance classes have a very precise structure that uses ballet barre, exercises in the middle, jumps and usage of points. Long-standing attending of classical dance course leads to development of the whole body and extraordinary agility. Being in a group of peers that trains together and needs to prepare a choreography together helps in maturing our students and making them more dutiful.
Our curriculum based on a revolutionary teaching method created by Anna Niedzwiedz Ballet School aims to develop passion for art, improve dance skills and mold the personality by stage practise and performing in front of large audience. The daily classical routine is enriched by modern dance, jazz, ethnic dance and practice of choreographies used in spectacles performed on the stage of Cortiqué Theatre.
Acrobatics:
Our acrobatics classes classes aim to improve physical coordination of our students via proper set of exercises. Such training excellently improves balance sense and agility which is much needed in ballet. All those skills are common in various outdoor performances, theatrical spectacles and circus shows. Acrobatic training is carried out using methods developed by Anna Niedzwiedz Ballet School.

Classes for teenagers age 14 you and above
Ballet:

The daily classical routine is enriched by modern dance, jazz, ethnic dance and practice of choreographies used in spectacles performed on the stage of Cortiqué Theatre, Grand Theatre in Poznań and Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz.
Pilates:
Pilates is an activity specifically recommended for dancers. It’s a combination of yoga, ballet and isometric exercises. It enhances the strength of muscles without their excess build up, releases pressure in the spine, improves posture and elasticity. It consists of an optimal set of exercises recommended for everyone, regardless of sex, and age. It allows to maintain a healthy body and mind.
